Great price fast delivery no problems haven’t put the flooring down yet but looks perfect

This order (Order #VF100017012) was a great success.
It was easy to find a good product at a fair price and simple to order online and arrange delivery. It was a shame I forgot the adhesive!
The delivery was spot on and the resulting flooring is excellent.

Appalling company. Placed an order and then made contact to discuss my options with cancelling. I never actually asked the company to cancel my order and I was told someone would phone me back the next day. I didn't receive the call back but the following week had an email to say my order had been cancelled. I made contact with the company and explained that I never actually asked to cancel the order, I simply asked what the process was and was waiting to hear about the 25% restocking fee. The company resumed my order which took another 4 days to arrived and then I found out they sent the wrong flooring. I made contact and was told I could have a replacement in 4-5 days. In the meantime my customers have been left without a bathroom because of this company. Appalling service, no interest in going the extra mile to put things right and shocking customer service. Appalling service. They state that orders have a 1 hour window to change orders after which a 25% restcoking / cancellation fee may be charged. Having emailed 8 minutes after my order to advise that the size was wrong and that I had placed a second order I have now had 2 phone calls and been promised a call back which never came. They are saying that I will be charged the 25% fee. This is more hassle than it's worth..

I don’t even want to give one star as this is one of the worst companies ever !!!!
I paid for vinyl flooring 2 weeks ago and £10 delivery charge , I have been chasing it constantly with no luck , today I received a full refund with no explanation and I haven’t been able to complete my clients bathroom on time because of this cowboy company 😡
Stay away from this company as their are decent flooring companies out there .

Placed an order for artificial grass. Given an initial delivery date and waited around all day, no delivery or communication. Contacted the company and was advised the delivery will be the following day. Waited around all day, no delivery. Contacted the company again who stated I had changed the delivery date. This was a blatant lie!! Advised it would be in the next 48 hours, this would have been Sunday afternoon which was never going to happen. I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I explained we were now going away on holiday and not able to take delivery and really wanted to cancel the order. I have received no confirmation of the cancelation, so, contacted them again today reminding them I wanted to cancel. Then I receive a text message from DX freight claiming the delivery will be made tomorrow August 7th 2024. Again, I reminded them I have cancelled the order and will not be there to refuse delivery. Here is their response. Please be advised our neighbour is 82 years old.

"Thank you for your email, we would like to inform you that the order will be delivered to your neighbour, the courier company DX will reach out to you via call you can also advise them where you want the order to get delivered, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you however as there was some resourcing issues were going on therefore it could not have been delivered within the given time frame, and for that we are truly apologetic and would like to offer you £40 as refund. "
I thought the days of bad companies were long gone but sadly I am mistaken.
Please make sure you read the negative reviews on this site; my personal experience now tells me the majority of the poor reviews are very accurate.

Order at your own risk. The fact they never seem to respond to bad reviews sets alarm bells ringing.

Still haven’t received my confirmation email or tracking number ordered flooring on the 11th now the 17 th of April despite numerous phone calls I just keep being fobbed off shocking customer service beginning to think it’s a scam I will be taking it further .

Do not use this company.. I ordered flooring for a job after being assured that delivery would be within the week. The flooring still has not turned up and we have missed our deadline. When I asked for a refund they refused. There are many better companies.

Having spent a lot of money decorating my lounge I decided. on vynil flooring. having a dog and living.in country carpets not best and laminate not good. so having bought from vynil flooring. I recieved order . had it layed . came home to find the flooring badly marked. like dye has ran and looks like cog marks on flooring. contacted immediately and was offered 30%Discount I rejected asking for this to be replaced . and have had no communication since. Shocking company if they resolve issues i Will remove next stop trading standards

Firstly the vinyl flooring arrived earlier than I expected which was a lovely surprise. When it arrived I was impressed by the product and since it’s been laid I’ve received nothing but compliments! Looks fabulous and makes my hall look very stylish and spacious. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The choice of flooring was amazing and I found just what I was looking for. Ordering on line was SO easy and delivery was only a few days. The flooring has now been laid in the bathroom. It looks lovely, is modern and is warm and non-slip.
