I sent a request early this morning asking for a replacement voucher to be sent to my son. Lizzie replied quickly and had already sent him the voucher.
Very quick, very helpful, very efficient.

I bought six vouchers for my adult children and their kids last xmas, and from the beginning I was confused. I thought the tickets expired on xmas, I misunderstood the voucher. Lizzie very kindly clarified the problem without a fuss - very straightfoward and friendly. But then my childrne didn't find the time to use them this year, and I worried the vouchers would be wasted. Lizzie again calmed me, and explained I could extend their validity for another year on your site. This was good news, but I could not figure out how to do this online. AGAIN Lizzie came to the rescue. I am so grateful for her help, and cannot commend her highly enough for being efficient and kind.

We’ve genuinely loved using WonderDays for our in-house incentives and employee rewards, as well as for supporting the charities and causes that are important to us.
I have also used them for personal gifts.
Abi was so helpful and made the whole thing easy, we have had such a positive experience and would highly recommend.

It was really fun, informative and very enjoyable. The birds were well kept and cared for and the falconer was excellent.

We received a gift voucher for a gelato experience. I contacted Lizzie when my attempts to book direct with the provider failed. In contrast to the experience provider Lizzie responded immediately and took the matter up with the business. She also offered to increase the voucher value to compensate for the poor service. Within days of her involvement the experience was booked and we had a great time. To apologise for the delay, the gelato business gave us extra tubs of ice cream to take away and were the only two there - so were very satisfied how things turned out. Lizzie’s customer service was outstanding.

My daughter bought us a voucher for Christmas. It was easy to redeem, great choice of shows and we had a wonderful time in London.

Such a fabulous and friendly service from Lizzie (and Philip) at Wonder Days. We needed to split our voucher and they made that so easy and replied to everything straight away. Thank you so much.

This review is purely for WonderDay's customer service as the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

In short, I paid for 24/48 delivery on the voucher pack - the courier reported an issue at their depot and, to date, the voucher pack has still not been found/delivered. I contact WD's customer support and received a prompt response from Lizzie, who was quick to arrange the re-sending of the voucher pack and also refunded the extra cost I paid for fast delivery of my original order - without prompting too!

So, kudos to WD customer support, and in particular, Lizzie - great job!

My daughter bought me this experience for my birthday as a surprise. She knows we don’t like to travel far so getting on the barge in burscough, a half hour drive away, was perfect for us. We had no idea what to expect so we were pleasantly surprised with the great set up. The weather was perfect and the afternoon tea was provided by the pub, which had clearly all been freshly made. The chap in charge of the barge was friendly and chatty and we were soon on our was with a complimentary glass of wine, which was great coz I love a freebie. The sail down the canal was stunning, passing other barges and seeing some lovely gardens from the houses leading down to the canal. All in all a great couple of hours out and would defo do it again and would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from Lizzie M! I had a issue with the expiry date on the voucher - something I had overlooked. I emailed and communicated with Lizzy M she was absolutely fantastic, she was so warm, friendly and efficient. She sorted out my issue and I can't thank her enough. Lizzy M is a legend. One of the nicest customer service I have ever received. Thank you Lizzy!

After realising our voucher was about to run out I sent an email to WonderDays (expecting to be told.. ‘sorry, you either book it or loose it’)..but not the case today..a lovely lady named Lizzie went above & beyond to make sure our Christmas gift off our daughter would still be available.. so, after realising the original voucher to ‘The Wheel in London’ was no longer available she changed it and also extended it to suit our needs. We can’t thank Lizzie enough for her patience, understanding and kindness throughout this experience and is a credit to her employers.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and personal attention paid to redeeming my WonderDays voucher.
Jess was very swift and helpful in her handling of the redemption, making sure we will have the very best experience. Highly recommended.

I had bought a voucher for a Junior Driving Experience and then realised that the nearest site to me was over 80 miles away! (This was completely my fault for not double-checking)
Lizzie M in customer service went above and beyond to help me chose a different experience and exchange my voucher, ensuring that the experience I chose operated from a site a lot closer to me.
Oh if only all customer service departments had ladies like Lizzie M! Superb assistance and a credit to WonderDays - thank you!
