I had bought a voucher for a Junior Driving Experience and then realised that the nearest site to me was over 80 miles away! (This was completely my fault for not double-checking)

I bought vouchers from the "Wonder Days" website. It turned out that the tracks near me weren't running any sessions in the coming days. I had purchased the vouchers as a birthday gift for my daughter. I contacted the company, and an incredibly wonderful lady named Lizzie helped me with the refund. Lizzie was always prompt in her communication, and was very attentive, friendly, and kind. It is wonderful that there are such caring and kind people these days. The company should be proud of and cherish such staffers! Lizzie, you are the best! Thank you very much!

I had a voucher for a birthday gift for Dashing Donkeys it was a amazing experience !! Cuddling up with 28 very cute donkeys !!! The staff were fabulous and so knowledgeable they truely care very much about their donks !!! I will definatly be going back with my grandchildren .

What a wonderful time we had, it was a birthday gift for me, I love Highland cows, it was great to be able to get up close to them and feed, comb them and stroke them, followed by a afternoon cream tea. The young lady was very good telling us all about the cows, then we could look around the rest of the farm at the other animals.

If I could have given them 0 stars, I would’ve done. 1 seems to be over generous.

I purchased a Virgin hot air balloon experience through WonderDays as a Christmas present for my mum almost three years ago. Since then, I’ve had more cancellations than my fingers will allow me to count.

This wasn’t just a random experience I bought. A hot air balloon flight has been a dream of my mum’s for a very long time. I was so excited to give it to her for Christmas and couldn’t wait to see her finally experience something she’d always wanted to do.

Instead, all this experience has brought is disappointment.

Every time we thought, this is it, she’s finally going to get to do it, we’ve ended up facing another cancellation. After nearly three years of this, we’ve now reached the point where we’ve accepted that it’s simply something we’re never going to get to experience living in Scotland.

After more than 24 months and countless cancellations, I contacted Virgin about getting my money back. I was told that I was eligible to submit a refund request because of the number of cancellations and the length of time involved.

Importantly, the person who told me this already knew I’d purchased the experience through WonderDays. They had the opportunity to tell me then that this meant I couldn’t receive a refund, but instead they told me to go ahead and submit the refund request.

So I did.

Only then was I told that I couldn’t have a refund under any circumstances because I’d purchased through WonderDays and the voucher was supposedly non-refundable.

I contacted WonderDays, who explained that they had fulfilled their side because the voucher had been activated and the money had been paid to Virgin - leaving me caught between the two companies.

Virgin sends me to WonderDays. WonderDays sends me back to Virgin.

And the only resolution I’ve been offered is to choose an alternative activity.

But I didn’t pay almost £400 for just any activity. I paid for a hot air balloon experience. If I wanted something else, I would have booked something else in the first place.

I’m currently waiting for Virgin’s response AGAIN. I have made it absolutely clear that if this isn’t resolved by Friday, I will be submitting a claim through the Small Claims Court to recover my £400, along with any other losses I am legally entitled to claim. For things such as the stress this has caused over the course of the last 3 years almost, anxiety and any other upset this has caused.

The worst part is that this was supposed to be a really special Christmas present for my mum. Instead, I’ve watched her get her hopes up and be disappointed time and time again over something that has been a dream of hers for years.

Nearly three years of waiting, and all we have been left with is disappointment.

So unless you’ve got a hell of a lot of time on your hands to fight for your own money when you don’t receive what you paid for - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Redeemed a £89.99 voucher against a set meal for two at a local venue. Shocked to find that the exact same meal could a been bought direct with the restaurant for two at £41.90! WHAT A CON!!

Reviewing the company rather than the experience (haven’t gone yet)…

Spoke to Lizzie M as we had a slight issue with our voucher. Lizzie was so helpful, polite and efficient. Within minutes she had resolved the issue and provided follow up documentation.

Lizzie had such a pleasant and warming attitude which is very rare in customer service these days. Absolute credit to the company and would highly recommend booking with WonderDays just for the ease of contact alone.

Lizzie was extremely helpful, and sorted out my query very quickly. I would recommend WonderDays.

received a voucher for my 60th birthday this year, a week before having a knee replaced. operation hasn't gone to plan but got in touch with Lizzie and she sorted a 6 month extension to it which means i can concentrate on recovering and enjoy the supercar track day when i'm fully recovered. Fast, pleasant and efficient service with a great result. Thanks Lizzie

The afternoon tea was excellent, and there was so much, we had a doggy bag. Loved the beautiful old building and the views were lovely.

I wanted to know more detail regarding one of the experiences, and so contacted the email given with my enquiry. I had an automated response to say that it had been received and that I would be contacted. The same day I had an email from Lizzie who had managed to contact the company running the experience and was able to confirm the details I was interested in. On the strength of this, I replied and thanked Lizzie and have since booked the experience.

Had an experience bought for me but unfortunately due to personal reasons it expired. I emailed asking if there was anything they could do and spoke to an amazing lady called Lizzie.. Lizzie went above and beyond for me and was so lovely and extended the voucher for me.
I can’t thank Lizzie and her team enough. Will 100000% use WonderDays in the future.

Lizzie was exceptionally helpful and kind and compassionate whilst dealing with our query about extending a voucher due to expire on 5th December as the person gifted the voucher would not have been able to make use of it due to ongoing health issues. She was so understanding and was able to issue a replacement voucher with a longer expiry date. She is a real credit to Customer Service at WonderDays.

Fantastic customer service. Prompt response with detailed information. An excellent solution to the problem. Very pleased.
