Avoid entirely.
I've been with Your Local in Harrogate since they were PureShine, the job was never particularly great, but they were reasonably priced, did the job quickly, and came regularly.
Recently, I have nothing good to say. The windows are regularly left streaky and poorly cleaned, their online portal is useless and achieves nothing but harvesting data, and now they're repeatedly trying to bill me despite never turning up.
I have tried to deal with this billing issue and cancel with them through the online portal, I have sent multiple emails to every address I can find, and called every number I can find multiple times, and I can't get through to anyone. Meanwhile I'm getting regular texts and emails telling me my bill for a service I never received is overdue.
Avoid like the plague and go elsewhere.

Cancelled first appointment once and…
Cancelled first appointment once and second time for appointment did not turn up .
Trying to get hold of both Mobile number and the Number on the pamphlet during office hours led to no success.
Total waste of time even asking for new bussinass if they cant keep their side of the offer.
Will be cancelling this .

Dean Bates attended the site promptly at 8.00am as we opened. Very friendly and worked really hard as Cliff House is a difficult building to clean, as we are over looking the sea and the windows get covered in sand.
Nothing was too much trouble for him!!

If I could give zero stars, I would!
It all started with a canvaser that came to my door selling the service. He told me, I could book my cleans whenever it suited me, what a massive lie this was!! I take it he worked on commission. To date, I have not only never booked a clean, but have had people turn up unannounced to clean, but they say it says only the front, which is just two windows. They’ve never actually cleaned any, as I’ve stopped them, but they’ve tried taking money from my account on multiple occasions. I emailed and called them to cancel, explaining all of the above.
I even have an email saying my service is cancelled, yet they’re STILL trying to take money! Lucky, I used a bill account and not my savings!
I’ve just spoken to my bank and they’ve been brilliant and blocked them from stealing from me for a service I never received and that was mis-sold!
Please be VERY wary when signing up to this awful company!
