Excellent customer service
Very seamless experience from my initial contact to getting the excellent advisor to come round to my house and see me. Appreciated having a hassle-free amount of time to think things over and when I did make the final purchase it was all achieved over the phone with a minimum of fuss. All the relevant paperwork has been received and I understand what to do if I move areas and need a new funeral director.

Sensitive and Efficient …
My fathers passing and subsequent cremation was dealt with sensitively and efficiently. It was a direct cremation with a celebration of his life to take place at a later date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Golden Leaves

To be honest I've been putting off my funeral plan for years don't know why but I finally bit the bullet and phoned Golden Leaves best move I made funeral plan sorted and the representative was in my opinion first class his name Gavin Paskin every detail explained a big weight off my shoulders also for a duel funeral plan you won't find a better price

Gavin Paskin was extremely helpful and informative about the different funeral plans available to my mum. He was friendly and understood our requirements without doing the big sell. Mum was very happy with him. (What a nice man) we now feel satisfied that everything is in place when the inevitable happens. Thank you for your help Gavin.

Great communication and personal approach.
I began the process of arranging my distant future funeral plans here in Spain. These began by a one-to-one meeting, my contact was with Mike Thornton, he was patient and knowledgeable, explained the entire process in a straightforward and friendly manner. The price of my future service was very reasonable and with all bases covered. I had originally anticipated in getting a couple of alternative quotes, but my meeting with Mike gave me such great confidence, I changed my plans and I just went with Golden Leaves.

Finally arranged our funeral plans…
Finally arranged our funeral plans which we have put off unnecessarily for some time. The process was so easy from start to finish. Gavin was really good in explaining the options available so clearly without being dull or morbid. It made our decision so much easier and one which we are both more than happy with. Golden Leaves - security we sought
Gavin Paskin came to our house at a time that suited us. He listened to our needs, fully answered our questions - and very importantly provided reassurance about the security of our money ie that Golden Leaves is covered by the FSCA. We both purchased plans and the follow up admin has been very good too. Highly recommend.

Faultless
This is a belated written thank you to all Golden Leaves staff at Croydon, Surrey branch for their superb service throughout the whole transition of changing my late mother's funeral plan thankfully from one that ended '...nity'.
The seamless politeness, accuracy, and respect at Golden Leaves was such a relief to experience and when mum was reaching the end of her days in November 2025 , all I needed to do was make a couple of calls to set everything in place . My sincerest appreciation and gratitude to you all .

A Personal and Fully-Explained Service with Several Options…
I appreciated the personal service provided by the Golden Leaves client consultant allocated to me.
He came to my home and explained fully the services and options that the company offers under its various funeral schemes.
There was no compulsion to purchase any Plan, and indeed we arranged a second visit for a few days later so that I could discuss the options available to me with my family.
My consultant was friendly, open and professional, answering with clarity all the questions that I inevitably had for him.
Golden Leaves operates its services both in Spain, where I live, and also in the United Kingdom if I am visiting there.
I was reassured by all the explanations I was given.
In my opinion, the cost of the Plan I chose was very reasonable, and there were various payment options.
I have been provided with a plastic card which I carry with me at all times - this provides details of action to be taken when the time comes, and there is a 24-hour helpline available for this purpose.
I fully recommend approaching Golden Leaves, so that you can arrange a relaxed chat, with no obligation.
I have to say that I felt a huge burden lifted from my mind after I had formalised my Plan with them!
