The representative in Algorfa Spain Gavin Paskin was very professional and very informative and helpful. He knew what we required and didnt waste time on all the other things except to mention them as options but as he had a clear idea of what we wanted he went straight into the scheme and the costs involved. He was very helpful and answered all our quesitons and gave us the assurance that we were taking out the correct policy for our situation. Thank you Gavin would recommend him to anybody

The man who visited me in my house was…
The man who visited me in my house was especially knowledgeable and spoke clearly so that i understood exactly what i was looking for and helped me fill in the form for my funeral I also told him what i was looking for and he even explained that to me as well before i signed anything to apply for funeral funds

A very professional company offering a very good service
After doing some initial research I contacted the head office by phone, answered a few straight forward questions and an appointment (home visit) was arranged quite quickly. Alan Richardson was very approachable and down to earth but professional. He dealt with our questions and concerns with respect which was appreciated as this can be a sensitive and emotional subject. We did not feel pressurised at all. My husband and I both purchased plans. The initial confirmations and documents came very quickly but we had to wait a bit longer for our personal cards but probably due to the summer post more than anything else! We were very happy with how we were dealt with and would recommend Golden Leaves.

It felt a very relaxed and comfortable meeting. We were very pleased to find a plan that suits us perfectly. One less thing to worry about.

Gavin visited today to discuss arrangements and he was fantastic explaining everything clearly. I opted for a Traditional plan to give friends and family time. I definitely recommend Gavin and Golden Leaves to anyone.

Golden Leaves was recommended to uss by a friends
Golden Leaves was recommended to us by a friend of ours.
We contacted Golden Leaves and they arranged a meeting at our home with Mike Thornton to explain and discuss their funeral policies. We explained to Mike what kind of policy we wanted. His presentation was first class and he came up with the perfect funeral plan for us which we have now purchased.

Had a guy come out to our home called…
Had a guy come out to our home called Richard he was very polite explaining everything to us and how things worked was not at all pushy once he had finished he gave us a couple of days to think it over which we did and decided to take the funeral out .

Simple, straightforward and honest.
Visited today by Gavin Paskin from this company. Who provided us with a tailor made plan to suit our situation. Didn’t feel under any pressure and Gavin explained all the options available to us. Would highly recommend Golden Leaves.

Great service & advice.
I made an enquiry on Monday through an advert I saw on line, someone phoned me back straight away. They arranged a home visit on Wednesday at 2.30 & our plan was all sorted by 3.30! We met with Gavin Paskin, who was very professional & explained everything in simple but very detailed terms. As a result of his excellent presentation skills we had no hesitation in signing up for a joint plan. And a good result was that we could pay in instalments over several years. It’s nice to have peace of mind, knowing that there will be someone there to help us in our time of need. Thanks again Gavin, & Golden Leaves.

Change of funeral options.
We wanted to change from an Avalon funeral/cremation to a straight forward no-fuss cremation. We found that Golden Leaves were in partnership with Avalon, and that they could easily swap us over to what we wanted. A quick phone call was all it took to carry out the change, plus we were refunded the difference in cost between the two options. Very happy with the ease with which everything was carried out.
