Stansted Airport Cheap Parking 

If you want to be scammed, your car returned in bad condition with a lot of extra miles on the clock, you enjoy being crammed into a tiny minibus with a very long walk either side (to save on dropping off fees, even though they charge you £20 which is NOT mentioned when booking, in fact it says “complementary shuttle service”) standing in a muddy field with a tin can as an “office” occupied by rude and unhelpful people, please use this service. I never write reviews because I can never be bothered, but this was so outstandingly bad I felt I needed to. This is genuinely the worst service I have ever used in my life, customer service is abysmal, staff are rude and useless, the “car park” is a dirt field with zero security, the “complementary shuttle service” takes 45 minutes from when you arrive to when you get to the airport, where you are then faced with at least a 15 minute walk because they are too tight to pay the drop off fee, despite taking an extra £20 off you for the pleasure. If you are late due to circumstances outside your control, you are charged another £20, they will not release the car or pick you up until you have transferred this fee and screenshotted it and sent it to them. Unbelievably unprofessional. Please please please do not waste your money, pay a bit extra and go with a company that hasn’t been cobbled together on a scamming mentality.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Awful place. A muddy field with cars squeezed in with NO room. Man who runs it in the office is so rude no customer experience skills. Money scam!!!! We were conned more money on arrival and when we came back. Black mailed to pay £60 extra!!! And had to pay to get keys back. Slow service when you arrive and when you collect keys. Also was so rude to his driver giving him no break and speaking to him so badly infront of everyone waiting. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Only after receiving confirmation of booking was my attention drawn to the extra £20 fee on arrival.

Having looked into this further this service is completely misrepresented. This appears to be an independent service operating in an illegitimate manner.

They are not affiliated with Stansted, although their website suggests otherwise. The reviews confirmed my suspicions and despite booking less than 24 hours ago they are refusing to refund me. I havent even used the service!

After difficult negotiations they agreed to refund me for the small price of £20 - another illegitimate policy not highlighted at time of booking. When I debated this they cut me off and I am yet to receive a penny back from them.
The number on the booking does not work. The number given to call on arrival was my next hope, although the operator unfortunately could not speak English and just kept saying "go to website" which I eventually did. Customer service is atrocious.

Please do not give these con artists a penny of your money!

Formal Complaint: Unfair Trading Practices and Hidden Charges

Subject: Formal Complaint regarding hidden "Airport Levy" charges and extortionate early return fees.

​To whom it may concern,

​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against New Farm Parking regarding their deceptive pricing structure and unprofessional business conduct during my recent stay.

​1. Hidden Airport Levy Charges
​When booking this car park, there was no clear notification that an additional £20 (£10 for drop-off and £10 for pick-up) "Airport Levy" would be charged. These mandatory costs were hidden during the booking process. Charging an extra £20 on top of the advertised price without transparent prior disclosure is a breach of consumer protection regulations.

​2. Extortionate "Early Return" Fees
​Most appallingly, upon my return, I was informed that because I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, I had to pay an additional £20 via bank transfer. I was explicitly told that if I did not pay this "extra" fee, I would not be picked up from the airport.

​In my 15 years of living in the UK and using various airport parking services, I have never encountered a company that penalizes customers for arriving early. Usually, extra charges only apply if a customer stays longer than booked. Holding a customer’s transport "hostage" unless an immediate bank transfer is made is predatory and borders on extortion.

​3. Conclusion
​This company operates with a complete lack of transparency. The practice of demanding extra payments under the threat of leaving passengers stranded at the airport is unacceptable.

​I am requesting a full refund of the undisclosed "levy" and "early return" fees. Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to Action Fraud and Trading Standards to ensure other travelers are protected from these "scam" tactics.

Absolutely awful experience. We were told to get an uber transfer as the driver was having a 45 minute break. We left and parked at Stansted Airport ourselves. DONT USE THEM CRAP SERVICE.

Do not use this car park . We had to pay an extra £20 to get our keys back . Such a slow service lucky we didn’t miss our flight! They don’t care about the cars & it’s in a muddy field . The man in hut who works there is so rude to customers & their drivers.

Worst company ever seen, two hours transfer times each side, for example landed and called them for transfer at 2am in the morning, been picked up at 3:30, some people even longer when me, picked a car completely dirty, couldn’t see thru the windows, and parked just for three days if what, got some scratches to the doors, no reply from this company…avoid

They add a levy after booking, then charge you £10 for cancelling it. AVOID these pirates.

We had 3 cars to park at this site, it was safe, secure, they held our car for 4 days while holidaying. When we came to pick up our cars they were all safe , no problems. I would use this site again.

If I could give this car park zero stars, I would.
We’ve unfortunately used this Stansted Park Farm airport parking twice—the second time booked by mistake—and it was a complete disaster on both occasions. What looks like a cheap deal is incredibly misleading. Once you’ve booked, extra charges start appearing, turning it into a total rip-off.
The conditions are appalling. The car park itself is dirty, poorly managed, and feels completely unprofessional. We even witnessed a situation where they had lost someone’s car key—hardly reassuring when you’re leaving your own vehicle in their care.
Our experience was beyond unacceptable. After returning from our trip, we were left waiting over two hours in the cold for pickup—with a baby under one year old. No communication, no urgency, no care. Drop-off was just as bad, with long delays and chaotic organisation.
To make matters worse, they appeared to have only one driver, who told us he was agency staff. The whole operation feels understaffed, disorganised, and unreliable and untrustworthy.

Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

ILLEGAL FIELD/“CARPARK”

Do not give them your money or leave them your car! Disgusting “car park” muddy and not secure. Gates open 24/7. Drivers drive like loonatics!! And it’s not legitimate. Police are often there because of the chaos it creates.

There is an enforcement notice on this “company”. They have been operating illegally since last year, with no permission from Uttlesford council! They were also hooked up to water via Affinity Water illegally and have since been cut off! You can find all details on this via Uttlesford planning website re the enforcement notice which was given summer 2025.

Pay legitimately to park at the airport, where you’ll come back to your car in one piece!

Farm Park at Stansted airport is rubbish. Fake service. Do not book it because they will leave you at night miles away from airport, hot answer on your calls and will ask you to pay additional money for pick you up. Fake,Fake and lie.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

A truly awful experience.

They tell you to call when they land which we did at 14:30. They then said it’s going to be 50/55 minutes and to meet at area d. We got there and there were over 10 different passengers on the phone to AC Parking asking where there car was. Some had been waiting over 2 hours.

No one has any clue about what you are trying to say on the phone when you ring them. They just say 15 minutes whilst constantly asking for your reg.

We eventually got tired of waiting and with a group of other people waiting got an uber to new farm parking which is a rubble site. My car was covered in dust and we just got out of there as quickly as possible.

If you are thinking about using this company because it’s cheaper I would strongly advise against it and go with a proven provider. A truly shocking service.

SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT USE !!!

First of all the booking said the transfer to the airport is free, however when we arrived they demanded I pay £20.

There were men sleeping on a makeshift bed in their office and broken cars dotted around the premises- if felt very illegal if I’m honest!

The guy made me and my two children wait in the cold at 5am until I kicked off and got them to let us sit in the coach. They then took an extra 20mins to eventually drop us to the airport, because they said they were waiting for more people (those people never came)

On the way back we waited almost 1hr for the transfer to pick us back up. Oh and they do not drop you outside the airport, they drop you 10 mins away! I don’t usually write reviews but with this scam of a company I had to. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

1. This service is not cheaper than other parking providers. In addition to the advertised price, you are required to pay an extra £20 airport levy (with no clear explanation), and no receipt is provided.
2. The parking conditions are very poor. In bad weather, you have to walk through mud as there is no tarmac in the yard, and your car will likely get very dirty. In dry weather, the area is extremely dusty. I left my car for just three days, but when I returned, it looked as though it had been there for a month.
3. The delivery and collection service is inefficient. Despite being advertised as taking 15–20 minutes, it actually takes at least 30–40 minutes.
4. The on-site office is not a proper facility—it’s just a basic metal container, which reflects the overall standard of the service.
5. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this company, even if the price seems competitive. I paid £40 for three days, plus the unexplained £20 airport levy, bringing the total to £60 for a very poor level of service. For comparison, APH Parking offers proper parking and customer service for around £54. I made the mistake of booking “New Farm Parking” through “JustPark” — learn from my experience and avoid this service.

P.S.: plus £10-15 to wash a car after being parked there.

Absolute joke no manners constantly lying about pick up times waited longer then stated use the radison blue car park to drop off and charge £20 for the pleasure!!!! Steer well clear

They charge you another £20.00 when you arrive never collect from airport had to get an uber and lost my car about 20 people standing there for over an hour not a trustworthy company. Even smashed two people car up!
