Order #VF100020694 - Website has a great selection at good prices. I contacted the company with a few questions that were answered, after which I placed my order. I asked for delivery to be delayed to fit in with my availability, and my vinyl flooring was despatched accordingly. Packaging is good, although I have not yet unwrapped for fitting.

I placed an order with this company to then receive an email which said that the flooring I had ordered was not in stock! They had no idea if/when it would be back in stock, and would I like to purchase something else. I asked for a full refund instead. I was told that they would process the refund on 21st February. Fast forward to the 3rd of March and I'm still waiting for it, so I emailed again asking where my refund is, to which they said that they would process it for me! I ended up having to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Now PayPal is involved, I get my refund instantly! I am so glad I used PayPal because I fear if I had paid with a debit card, I would still be chasing them.

The ordering and delivery of our chosen Vinyl was easy and very quick and efficient. We had it fitted buy a professional as the area of floor was very difficult but the product was good quality and the fitter had no problem laying it out. Over all a very easy experience.

To start with a good website with plenty of choice. Easy to order and pay securely. Arrived as expected. Well wrapped and pleased with the cushion floor non slip quality. Would use them again.

Really bad customer service when your vinyl flooring goes missing! It took me five phone calls before they sent out another one and I’m still waiting for delivery!

Brilliant price and cheaper than anywhere I found!

The roll they sent was a different colour to the sample they had sent. When I tried to replace, they argued via many emails, and did not ultimately replace it. Very poor indeed.
