Not impressed
Very disappointing experience with YourLocal. This was supposed to be my first window-cleaning appointment, scheduled for yesterday, but nobody turned up and I received no proper explanation or notice.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was still charged on my card for a service that was never provided. As a first-time customer, this is a terrible first impression and certainly not the level of service I expected.
I expect the full charge to be refunded. Very poor communication and customer service — I would think twice before booking with them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.!!!!!! Really bad customer service sent an email twice telling them I don’t want their services anymore and no one replied. 2 weeks ago I spoke with a cleaner asking him not to come anymore as I will not pay them. Was shocked to receive an invoice this afternoon. There is NOWAY to speak with someone. When i subscribed last year i said I want a cleaning every 4 weeks now they are coming every 2 weeks. Please RUN AWAY!

Not only were windows cleaned superbly but the fact that the company texted to let me know they would be coming the following day was very helpful. Joshua rang on the day to give me an appropriate arrival time which was very useful. I would strongly recommend this company.

Very poor service don’t turn up when they have informed you that they are due, and cleaners don’t inform company when you have paid them in cash leading to numerous messages to pay and when you telephone it rings for a while and then they hang up on you, due to this I have cancelled my contract

Haven't done the back windows or the landing window. They've done the front bedroom window living room window and left it in a right state!! Kitchen window and dining room window streaky as hell, same with the front living room window. Front and back door not done properly. Must have only been here about 10 minutes that was it. We used to have a local window cleaner and he did a great job unfortunately he passed away or we'd still be using him!!

Can't find a way to contact them. Door to door guy visits my house and signs me up. Tech has a meltdown, I never get any confirmation email or access too an account. Try to get in contact via the website, nothing. 3 months later, I get a text from a number I can't reply to saying a window cleaner will be at my property tomorrow.

They are good in what they do
They are good in what they do, I just hope they can give enough notice when they shall be coming out to service the house. As mostly the entrance to back garden is locked and when we are not notified on time, they not do half the job and leave a note.

Started with monthly cleans which then became every 3 weeks . Contacted company twice now to say I would like 6 weekly cleans and despite being assured this has been done I have they have been out on 12/6 and 15/7 and have just messaged to say they will be come on 10/8 which is just over 3 weeks since last clean😡. To notify me on a Sunday afternoon to say you are coming on Monday doesn’t give me much time to rearrange and so difficult getting in touch with the company. Really disappointed
